Jamie Goldrick

Jamie Goldrick is a documentary filmmaker and educator based in Dublin Ireland, he has a first class honours B.A. in Anthropology & Digital Media from Maynooth University and a first class M.A. in Anthropology from Maynooth, with his research focusing on digital cultures.
He is a former tutor in Anthropology in Maynooth University, and currently teaches film workshops to secondary school students. He was a contributing editor with Rabble print magazine in Ireland between 2014 - 2018.
His short films have filmed at festivals internationally, and his film “The Reek” won best documentary award at Kerry Int Film Festival in 2018, he currently has two documentaries on the film festival circuit in 2020.
Commercially, he has directed mini-docs for Dublin City Council, Amnesty International Ireland and the Ana Liffey Drug Project. He has also directed short spots for University College Dublin, Dublin Digital Radio, the Financial Services Union, and the Irish Architecture Foundation.
