Moreover, the project "Electing Miss Santa" - developed at ESoDoc 2019 by Ion Gnatiuc, who won the "WEMW award" - will be also present at the event. "Electing Miss Santa" follows a woman from a Moldavian village who struggles to become independent from her mother. Facing a secular tradition that obliges the youngest member of the family to take care of the parents until their death, 42-years old Elena has to overcome the challenge of running for mayor against her family wish.
