Davide Grotta

Davide Grotta is an independent filmmaker. Graduated in Marine Archeology, he began taking photographs and filming during excavation campaign across the Mediterranean. He moved in Cambodia for three years working as photojournalist. Gradueted at Zelig, his first documentary "Hidden Photos" has been widely screened in international film festival, art museums and universities. On April 2018, he crossed the Atlantic Ocean on a catamaran coming back with a screenplay and a photography project. In film production he has worked as 1st Assistant Director on the movie of Isabella Sandri, "Un confine incerto", and as assistant for Giuseppe M.Gaudino in "Per Amor Vostro". Now he would like to produce his own documentary.
