Audun Amundsen

Audun Amundsen has travelled for almost 5 years around Asia doing photography and film, besides visiting North Africa, Mexico, parts of Europe and North America. He has submerged into tribal cultures and Islam to the point of self-eradication in order to seek understanding. During his period in Indonesia he learned the unwritten language of a Mentawaian tribe through Indonesian.

Audun Amundsen is an International Member of The Explorers Club. He is currently working on his final thesis in renewable energy at The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).His movie The Jungle is in development, and Audun has partnered up with producer Christian Falch from Gammaglimt AS to finalize the film. Audun Amundsen is the CEO of Broadleaf AS which is an adventure company that explores the human condition and our environment using audiovisual media.

Project: The Jungle
THE JUNGLE is a film about a disillusioned guy who could not cope with Western civilization. This led him to escape and spend 3 years in the jungle, but the experience finally made him embrace the society he once ran away from.
