ESoDoc INDIA is a new training initiative for Indian and European documentary filmmakers who are working on social or environmental themes, supported by MEDIA International and run by ZeLIG School for Documentary, Television and New Media (IT) in partnership with FORMEDIA – Foundation for Responsible Media (IND). ESoDoc INDIA wants to develop documentary projects that have a potential for the Indian and European market and are intended for broadcsat, NGO, dvd and/or Internet.

- inter-cultural collaboration Europe-India with exchange of ideas and information
- a on-line working schedule for the initial development phase of your project September to December 2010
- one-week residential workshop on December 3-11 2010 in The Lake Resort, Naukuchiyatal, District Nainital (New Delhi/India)

- all expenses covered by an enrolment fee of 600 Euro for Europeans and 10,000 INR for Indians. The fee will cover board, accommodation and travel expenses for economic air and train transport for both, the European and the Indian participants
